waxShapes®

MFG-Sound Absorber

Polymatrix-Diffusor

waxShapes® is a central result of extensive research and development processes, gathered from many turn key solution projects. It refers to a sound absorbing material.

The highly effective and broadband sound absorption occurs for the first time by an effective parallel connection of a resonance absorber with a porous absorber in a unique, innovative, homogeneous material made of pure polyester.

A room which is equipped with this technology, provides a high quality room acoustic.

Now it is possible for nearly any environment to meet professional demands in acoustics, which was only known to sound studios or concert halls.

Lightweight and easy to process waxShapes® can be combined to create any number of shapes.

waxShapes® don’t break and can be thermoformed, bent and perforated. You can print on them, paint on them, add surface structure and plaster over them.

An acoustic transparent paint is available in all RAL colours, even for small-quantity orders. On request, the waxShapes® can be dyed and the colour doesn’t go just skin deep: every panel is dyed down to the last fibre, a quality that shows.

The fibre-composite materials used are also environmentally safe and recyclable.

For integration in the field of incombustibility and for increased mechanical requirements, the micro foamed gap-absorber provides new scope for design in the architecture.

They are powder coated and available in all RAL colours.

The look and feel of the surface equals a grain pattern or a fingerprint and therefore allows it to be integrated in minimalistic architecture.

The grain patterns can be individually developed from complex acoustical calculations according to the clients request.

 

 

 

 

 

New computing operations allow pattern sequences which can also be found in free nature.

Arranged on a plane hard surface (e.g. metal, glass or derived timber products) it allows an increased sound scattering effect and specific sound absorption.

The Polymatrix Diffusor is recommended where there is a need for homogeneous sound distribution.

Individual patterns can be developed according to clients request.
